The Staff RN is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility for providing patient focused
health care. The staff nurse will utilize the nursing process, communication skills, and problem solving techniques to deliver quality care. The staff nurse will also be responsible for the knowledge and technical skill needed to operate a variety of mechanical devices to accomplish this task. The staff nurse is accountable for the age groups (average age group populations includes adults and geriatrics) as defined in the scope of care.
This position is a full-time Registered Nurse position working primarily 12-hour day shifts 7:00am-7:30pm 36 hours per weekprimarily on our Inpatient Oncology Unit 2 East; as well as
developing the ability to float to our Intensive Care Unit as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License or eligible for immediate PA licensure.
* Two years Clinical Nursing experience required.
* CPR/BCLS certification required. Weekend and/or Holiday Rotation may be required.
