Job Summary/Purpose:Report, track and analyze, financially, ongoing capital and operating projects for hospital and department heads. Provide monthly analysis for Senior Management on project status, actual to budget reconciliation tracking and track all changes for projects as they occur. This position will assist the Plant Operations Team and Department Heads on financial management of construction and other projects in real time. Manage and track all leases and contracts for the hospital including physicians, Equipment Rental Agreements and Operating Service Contracts to manage all terms of the agreement. Perform weekly check run for Accounts Payable Team; reconcile all vendor statements and other perform other accounts payable duties assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years General Accounting, Project Reporting, Lease Tracking and Accounts Payable.
* A minimum of 1 year Healthcare experience preferred
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of PC and Accounting related software
* Ability to communicate with and serve all levels of management
* Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to coordinate and manage multiple priorities and responsibilities
* Must be efficient, reliable and adaptable to change while maintaining high productivity levels under stressful deadlines
