We are currently recruiting for a full-time Registered Nurse to manage the center's Care Management Program. Reporting to the Director of Care Management, this role includes responsibility for implementing an integrated inpatient and outpatient case management system. This dynamic leader will be responsible for developing philosophy, goals and objectives for the
case management system that meets clinical and financial and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Current Pennsylvania RN License or eligible for immediate PA licensure required.
* BSN required; Master's degree preferred.
* CPR/BCLS certification required.
* OCN Certification preferred.
* Five years Nursing experience required.
* One year clinical oncology experience required.
* Three years experience in Case Management and/or similar role required.
* Previous Precertification or Utilization Management experience required.
* Previous Management experience required.
* Strong organizational and communication skills required.
* Ability to use computer and software; Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and other software as required.
