Cancer Treatment Centers of America, (CTCA), is identifying and evaluating candidates for the position of Sr. Clinical Analyst (Configuration). This position is located at multiple CTCA locations around the Country. For this reason, CTCA is adding additional IT Talent to help support the organization's IT goals and objectives.
Position Overview
Cancer Treatment Centers of America is hiring Sr. Clinical Analyst (Configuration) position to focus on the Electronic Health Record configuration, enhancement and and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
* Creating business process analysis while gathering requirements
* Programming specifications such as coding and testing
* Implementation and support of programs
* Building templates, pathways, and maintaining tables
* Set up system scripts and/or algorithms
* Solving system problems
* Performing some quality assurance functions to ensure accurate data representation within the system and report writing
Education and Experience Level
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Health Care or IT related field, preferred
* 5+ years of IT or related business experience, preferred
* Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects * Previous consulting experience is helpful
*Solid understanding of appropriate workflows, commercially available technology, relational database concepts, and package system implementations
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Able to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines
