Job Summary/Purpose: The Social Worker attends to the psychosocial and cultural needs of patients and family members. This individual provides direct clinical social services to patients and families.
This position is a full-time hourly position working in our Care Management Department primarily Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Minimum Qualifications:
* B.S. Social Worker, Masters Degree strongly preferred.
* One to two years experience with psychosocial counseling in an acute-care hospital setting required.
