Complete Description
The Outpatient Accommodations Representative shall deliver the highest level of customer service to all guests of Midwestern Regional Medical Center. He/She will attend to the lodging needs of our Outpatients. He/she will maintain a structured patient registration system that registers and tracks all patients staying in accommodations off-site. He/She shall consistently demonstrate service excellence by delivering thorough, responsive feedback to all patients/employees.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Education: High School diploma.
* Schedule: Full time with flexible days and on-call hours.
* Positive, outgoing personality
* General office machine experience needed
* Computer experience required.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Hotel experience a plus.
* Ability to Multi-task
* Detail oriented/ Team Player
* Strong Communication and Problem solving skills
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information
Weekend and/or Holiday Rotation may be required.
